Session and security
The session cookie maintains sign-in, form protection and the technical data needed for operations. It is protected using the service’s security settings. Authenticated sessions last no more than thirty days, can be revoked and do not allow access after the session expires or is revoked.
Language and local storage
The phonedesk.language cookie stores the selected language for up to 366 days. The service worker stores public resources and an unavailable-service page to help loading. It does not provide offline editing of CRM data. The demo uses fictional data held in the page’s memory, which is reset when the page reloads.
Statistics and campaigns
The service maintains aggregate counts of pages, enquiries and registrations. These counts do not represent unique visitors. Campaign labels are stored only when optional measurement is enabled. The phonedesk.measurement cookie stores the choice for up to 180 days; labels remain in the session for up to thirty days and are associated with an enquiry or registration only when authorised. No visitor identifier, IP address or referrer is stored for these statistics. No third-party advertising tools are activated.
Managing preferences
You can change optional measurement in the Statistics preferences section of this page. Withdrawal removes labels from the session and prevents new attribution without preventing use of the service. You can delete cookies and local resources in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in and form submission; deleting the language cookie restores the default language.
Statistics preferences
Campaign labels are saved only if you enable optional measurement. Aggregate page counts do not identify individuals. You can change this choice at any time.
